  Operational Management:
  Manage all F&B outlets (including restaurant and boma dining) within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• 
  Guest Experience:
  Identify customer needs proactively; greet guests and host in public areas as needed.
• 
  Financial & Admin:
  Assist with financial management, monitor reporting structures, and handle F&B rosters.
• 
  Team Leadership:
  Recruit, train, and mentor the F&B team to foster a "culture of learning" and unique brand identity.
• 
  Stock & Quality Control:
  Oversee orders, stock takes, and waste management systems.
• 
  Compliance:
  Ensure full adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• 
  Relief Management:
  Stand in for the Assistant Resident Manager during off days or holidays.

Requirements

• 
  Experience:
  Minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry with a solid track record in similar management roles.
• 
  Education:
  Matric is the minimum requirement; a hospitality or culinary qualification is highly beneficial.
• 
  Technical Skills:
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) and knowledge of PMS systems like Opera or Symphony.
• 
  Licensing:
  Must possess a valid RSA ID and a valid Driver’s License.
• 
  Competencies:
  Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a "guest-oriented" mindset.
