Our Nordic Transactions team in Helsinki is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Valuation and Modelling team.

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our Valuation & Modelling team. You will support clients across the transaction lifecycle by delivering robust financial models, independent valuations, and data-driven insights to inform strategic and investment decisions.

As a Senior Analyst, you will work on a wide range of transaction-related engagements across industries and client types, from listed companies to private equity-backed businesses and growth companies.

The role offers exposure to complex M&A transactions, financial reporting valuations, and strategic advisory assignments, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst within Valuation and Modelling, you will be involved in:

• Valuations of businesses and individual assets for transactions, management decision-making, financial reporting and tax purposes
• Developing and reviewing financial models for M&A transactions, business planning, investment analyses and project financing
• Supporting clients across multiple industries and transaction situations
• Taking responsibility for defined workstreams and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Coaching and supporting junior team members, while working closely with Managers and Directors
• Interacting directly with local and international clients and other advisors

• Solid understanding of valuation theory and applications
• Knowledge of financials statements
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in high-performing teams
• Effective communication and presentation skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with data and automation tools (e.g. VBA, Power BI, Copilot Studio etc.)
• Industry knowledge of certain sectors (e.g. Energy and Infra, Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility, Technology, Telecom and Media etc.)
• Commercial mindset and understanding of transaction dynamics
