Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Consultant to join our PowerPlan support team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in financial performance management while assisting in the configuration and support of PowerPlan solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation: Assist in implementing PowerPlan solutions, including data integration and reporting configurations, while collaborating with senior consultants and clients to tailor solutions.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide first-level support for PowerPlan-related issues, troubleshoot errors, and monitor system performance for optimization.
• Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements for financial processes, translating them into functional specifications.
• Training & Documentation: Help develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure effective user adoption of PowerPlan.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on PowerPlan features and industry best practices, participating in training and certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree (finalized or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Asset Accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PowerPlan, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data integration concepts.
• Exposure to scripting or programming (e.g., VBScript, Python) is a plus.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Location: CABA, hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
