The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior in our Cyber Security team with a strong focus on Cybersecurity Analytics, Dashboarding, and CISO/Board Reporting In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering executive-level cybersecurity reporting, risk dashboards, and data-driven insights that enable organizations to effectively manage and communicate cyber risk posture.
You will work with global clients and internal leadership to define cybersecurity metrics frameworks, KRIs/KPIs, and reporting architectures, supporting CISO, Board, and Audit Committee reporting, while enhancing decision-making through clear, actionable insights aligned to business and regulatory expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop cybersecurity dashboards and executive reporting packs for CISO, Board, and senior leadership consumption
- Define and operationalize cybersecurity KPIs and KRIs aligned to risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and industry frameworks
- Transform complex security and operational datasets into meaningful insights, trends, and narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Develop risk posture dashboards covering areas such as vulnerabilities, identity, third-party risk, compliance, and control effectiveness
- Establish and enhance data models and reporting architectures integrating multiple cybersecurity and business data sources
- Deliver trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario-based insights to support strategic decision-making
- Provide commentary and interpretation of cybersecurity metrics, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership
- Support preparation of Board-level presentations, audit reports, and regulatory submissions
- Drive standardization of reporting definitions, taxonomies, and metrics across cybersecurity domains
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and auditability of reporting outputs
- Enhance user experience and adoption of dashboards and reporting tools
- Oversee BAU reporting activities, addressing stakeholder queries and evolving reporting requirements
- Collaborate across cybersecurity, risk, finance, and business teams to enable integrated reporting
- Contribute to ad-hoc analytics initiatives, transformation programs, and operating model improvements
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity analytics, metrics frameworks, and risk reporting
- Ability to translate technical cybersecurity data into business-relevant insights and executive narratives
- Deep understanding of cyber risk measurement, KRIs, and governance reporting constructs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on trend analysis and decision support
- Attention to detail with emphasis on data accuracy, consistency, and quality assurance
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including CISOs, Board members, and risk committees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in executive storytelling and presentation development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple priorities
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- 7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or risk governance
- Proven experience delivering CISO dashboards, Board reporting, or executive-level analytics
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Power BI (dashboarding, DAX, visualization)
- MS Excel (advanced analytics, data modeling)
- Power Automate (reporting workflows and automation)
- Experience working with multi-domain datasets (risk, compliance, operations)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS)
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Experience in cyber risk quantification approaches (e.g., FAIR or similar)
- Exposure to regulatory reporting, audit interactions, and compliance environments
- Experience in project financials, utilization reporting, or program governance analytics
- Background in consulting or large enterprise environments
- Experience supporting cross-functional reporting across cybersecurity, risk, and business units
