
Pay: $27.78
Shift: 3rd (10:50p-7:00a)
Shift differential $1.15/hour
Operate and manage extrusion and press equipment according to production schedules
Monitor mixers, flour/water ratios, drying stages, silos, conveyors, and material flow
Perform quality checks throughout the drying process; identify defects and make timely adjustments
Set up and manage egg product hoppers according to procedures
Record machine readings and production data; report abnormal readings immediately
Perform die changes and assist other operators as needed
Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and audit‑ready
Report equipment issues and complete machine logs and work orders
Follow all food safety, quality, and safety procedures
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level necessary to perform the essential functions of the job
Previous manufacturing experience
Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Stand and walk up to 12 hours per shift
Lift up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier items)
Bend, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders
Work in hot, humid, and dusty manufacturing environments
Perform repetitive grasping, pushing, and pulling
