Job Description

Pay: $27.78

Shift: 3rd (10:50p-7:00a)

Shift differential $1.15/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and manage extrusion and press equipment according to production schedules

  • Monitor mixers, flour/water ratios, drying stages, silos, conveyors, and material flow

  • Perform quality checks throughout the drying process; identify defects and make timely adjustments

  • Set up and manage egg product hoppers according to procedures

  • Record machine readings and production data; report abnormal readings immediately

  • Perform die changes and assist other operators as needed

  • Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and audit‑ready

  • Report equipment issues and complete machine logs and work orders

  • Follow all food safety, quality, and safety procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level necessary to perform the essential functions of the job

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing experience

  • Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk up to 12 hours per shift

  • Lift up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier items)

  • Bend, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders

  • Work in hot, humid, and dusty manufacturing environments

  • Perform repetitive grasping, pushing, and pulling
