Job Description

Intramural Boys Basketball Advisor/Teacher:

We are looking for 1 (possibly 2, depending on enrollment numbers) people to work with middle school boys grades 6-8 on learning and/or sharpening basketball skills.

• No travel
• 2 - 2hour sessions per week after school from 3:45-5:15
• Starting approximately 11/9/2026 through 3rd week of January 2027
• No Basketball the week of 11/23/2026
• No Basketball December 21, 2026 -January 1, 2027

Requirements:

• Experience in noted sport or activity and/or coaching
• By law, this position requires fingerprinting due to the potential for unsupervised contact with students, and a criminal background check. In addition, high school coaching positions require an NFHS certification. A first aid card and bloodborne pathogen training are required before beginning duties.
