This is a direct call for experienced dealers who have mastered the art of the game. We're looking for individuals who can instantly command the table, ensuring total game integrity, executing rapid and accurate payouts, and providing the polished, top-tier service our global guests expect.

As an Extra Board Dealer, you are the reliable support specialist, covering high-volume shifts, often starting in the late evening and making you essential to our operation. For those looking to grow, this role is a powerful entry point to advance into full-time positions like Dual Rate Dealer or Floor Lead.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing.
• Maintain inspection of decks and gaming equipment to ensure the security of the game.
• Exchange guest currency for gaming chips and ensure the safety of all chips and currency.
• Assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to all established rules, policies, and procedures.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with six months of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Ability to provide a high standard of guest service.
