Job Description

Step into the heart of the action! As a Poker Dealer, you are more than just a card handler—you are the conductor of the table’s energy and the guardian of the game's fairness. You will provide an entertaining, efficient, and professional gaming environment for our guests, ensuring that every pot is calculated correctly and every player feels like a VIP.

In this role, you’ll balance technical mastery—such as flawless shuffling and rapid payout calculations—with top-tier guest service. Whether you’re managing a high-stakes pot or helping a newcomer understand the flow of the game, your goal is to maintain a seamless, secure, and vibrant atmosphere.

  • Expert Dealing: Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous dealing of various poker games, maintaining a steady and engaging game pace.

  • Game Security: Conduct regular inspections of card decks and monitor table play to ensure the total security and integrity of the game at all times.

  • Financial Accuracy: Efficiently exchange guest currency for gaming chips and manage all chips and currency with 100% accuracy.

  • Rules Enforcement: Guide guests through gameplay, ensuring strict adherence to established house rules, policies, and gaming procedures.

  • Guest Engagement: Provide exceptional service by answering questions, resolving minor table disputes, and creating a welcoming environment.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Floor Supervisors and fellow dealers to ensure smooth shift transitions and a cohesive gaming floor.

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Experience: At least 6 months of directly related dealing experience (or an equivalent blend of education and experience).

  • Certification: Must successfully complete training through the CNE Gaming Academy.

  • Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain the necessary gaming license from the appropriate regulatory authority.
