About the Role
We are looking for an External Sales Specialist – Distribution Business to develop and manage our industrial and medical distribution network in Poland.
The role focuses on Cutting & Welding Technologies (CWT) and Suction & Oxygen Therapy (SOT) medical products, with strong emphasis on partner development, market expansion, and new business acquisition.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers within the assigned sales territory
Actively identify new business opportunities using a proactive, hunter‑type approach
Build, develop, and manage industrial and medical distribution partners
Appoint and support new distributors and/or external sales agents
Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets while ensuring expected gross margin levels
Conduct customer visits, sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare quotations and respond to technical customer requests in cooperation with internal teams
Maintain accurate CRM data and actively manage the sales pipeline
Support pricing activities, marketing promotions, and standard pricelist preparation
Coordinate sales activities with marketing initiatives
Provide technical sales support, consultancy, and post‑sales service
Handle sales administration tasks, order processing, and customer complaints when required
What We Are Looking For
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Experience in distribution‑based sales, preferably in cutting and welding equipment or hospital medical equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term customer and partner relationships
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced sales environment
Results‑oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
Requirements
University degree:
Engineering background (mechanical or chemical preferred), or
Business administration degree with at least 5 years of relevant technical external sales experience (Cutting and welding equipment or hospital medical equipment)
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a similar role
Experience in gas control equipment (medical or industrial) distribution sales is highly preferred
Very good command of English (internal and external communication)
Willingness to travel frequently within Poland
Valid Category B driving license
Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
