
As a Vice President in the Regulatory Reporting Governance and Operations, Project Management Office (PMO), you will focus on providing governance, standards, and oversight for strategic initiatives/programs impacting US Regulatory Reporting across FRRA. The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team resides within Corporate Finance. The group is responsible for the execution and delivery against the Firm’s regulatory reporting requirements to its U.S. regulators and has end-to-end responsibility for U.S. regulatory reporting and capital stress testing, including the design, implementation, and oversight of the execution, analysis, and control and governance frameworks. Its mandate includes determining the appropriate investment in people, processes and technology to improve the accuracy, completeness and consistency of the Firm’s U.S. regulatory reporting and capital stress testing submissions, as well as the implementation of new requirements and guidelines as they are published.The Regulatory Reporting Governance and Operations group is a centralized team established to enhance efficiency, standardize processes, and eliminate duplication across FRRA reporting functions. Its responsibilities include maintaining data integrity and governance, providing project management oversight and best practices, executing core regulatory reporting operations, and supporting external reporting preparation.
