We are looking to actively shape the future at our location in Izmir.

Your main missions

In this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:

• Organizing import and export documents, truck shipments, ocean shipments, and air shipments,

• Daily tracking of shipment performance and transport cost control,

• Conducting import operations with supplier,
• Conducting documentation control,
• Conducting invoice activities (SAP billing, sales, return, equipment invoices, scrap and e-invoice),
• Managing logistics systems (SAP key user activities),
• Managing shipment (daily shipment performance tracking, transport cost control, extra cost requests),
• Monitoring and reporting of shipment delivery performance,
• Active participation in continuous improvement projects,
• Supporting Purchasing for supplier selection in logistics activities, only in case of ad-hoc or system-driven needs (no direct supplier negotiations),

Your Profile

• BS degree or equivalent education from relevant departments of universities,
• Has at least 2 years of experience in the relevant position,

• Has very good knowledge of spoken and written English,

• Has very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and ERP system (SAP), especially in reporting and data analysis,

• Has knowledge and experience in Free Zone legislation (preferred),
• Has knowledge of foreign trade legislation and customs procedures,
• Has strong analytical and proactive problem solving skills, is result and detail oriented,
• Is a good team player,
• Has time management, planning and organizational skills,

• Has the ability to work multifunctional across logistics, customs, documentation, and system processes.
