Requirements
Educational Background:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, management, or a related field.
Professional Competencies:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of Russian and Turkish is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills and comfort with various programs, data analysis, and internet technologies.
· Ability to identify emerging trends and think creatively.
· Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and professional presentation skills.
Relevant Experience:
· 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant field, such as corporate innovation, consulting, venture capital, or startups.
· Hands-on knowledge and experience with the startup ecosystem, venture capital, and/or support systems for entrepreneurship development.
· Personal interest in technology, innovation, the startup world, and entrepreneurship.
Knowledge of the finance/insurance market is preferred.
