External Fleet Transformation Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Transformation Advisor to support the professionalization and transformation of fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current fleet management processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop a future-oriented fleet strategy and support its implementation.
• Advise management, HR, Procurement, Finance, and operational stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization, governance, process improvement, and supplier management
• Improve fleet reporting, sustainability, and employee/user experience.
• Act as an independent expert and strategic sparring partner throughout the transformation.

Profile

• Senior experience in fleet management, transformation, or operational consulting
• Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cost optimization, governance, suppliers, reporting, and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.

• Dutch or French: Nice to have
