
Extended Learning Facilitator

A. Responsibilities
1. Supervise LCS extended learning (afterschool) programs at West Hamlin
2. Visit afterschool sites to observe classrooms to assess lessons and programs
3. Complete all extended learning budgets, staffing, purchasing, and data entry.
4. Verify all timesheets with Celeritime
5. Provide assistance in all areas during extended learning time, demonstrating effective
organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
6. Provide resources needed for instruction to teachers, teacher assistants, and volunteers
7. Attend local, state, and national meetings/conferences/trainings related to extended
year programs.
8. Complete all 21st Century grant requirements
Pay - $2500 per year
