Hiring Range: $24.94 – $36.97 per hour

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is seeking an ECS Contract Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team supporting individuals and their caregivers through specialized outreach-based services. Our team collaborates to provide respectful, compassionate, and individualized care to clients in community settings. As part of our team, you’ll contribute by planning, developing, and coordinating treatment, rehabilitation, and support services while providing behavioral education, skill-building, and consultation to caregivers, guardians, and adult family home providers. In this role, you will play a key part in helping clients achieve stability and improved quality of life while fulfilling Expanded Community Services Contract (ECS) requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
ECS Contract Clinician I/BA Level
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in psychology, social services, or behavioral health, and enrolled in a Master’s Program.
EXPERIENCE: Experienced (minimum 2 years of job-related experience) Capacity to work well with children and families.
LICENSURE: Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration. This position requires driving clients in a personal vehicle on behalf of the agency. Incumbent must meet all agency driving requirements, including being at least 21 years old, having been licensed for a minimum of three years, successfully completing a motor vehicle history check, possessing and maintaining a current, valid driver’s license in the state of Washington, and having reliable, insured transportation.
ECS Contract Clinician II/MA Level
EDUCATION: Master's degree in psychology, social services, or behavioral health.

Preferred Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE: Experience in co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, vocational services, or substance abuse treatment.
LICENSURE: Meet and maintain the definition of a Mental Health Professional as defined in WAC 388-877-0500.
