About the Opportunity

We’re currently inviting Expressions of Interest for upcoming legal support opportunities
across our Melbourne and Dandenong offices in the coming weeks and months.

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

• Experienced Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Law Clerks
• Candidates with exposure to a range of practice areas including Private Clients (Family Law and Wills and Estates)
• Individuals seeking their next career opportunity within a collaborative and high-performing firm

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing
  and formatting correspondence and court documents.
• Filing
  court documents (including e-filing) in accordance with court
  requirements.
• Liaising
  with barristers, mediators, experts and court administrators.
• Communicating
  with clients and coordinating meetings and teleconferences.
• Managing
  diaries, emails and calendars.
• Opening
  and closing files.
• Assisting
  with end-of-month billing.
• Providing general administrative
  support, including scanning, filing and document management

These roles are
typically full-time. However we are open to considering 0.8 FTE for the right
candidate.
