General Overview

As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for a range of duties. The list of responsibilities and requirements below is a general overview. More detailed information will be posted when and as an opening arises within the Human Resources department at ESF.

General Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day tasks related to teaching staff and EA recruitment, interviews, contracts, employment issues, visa/Registered Teacher/Permitted Teacher application, Performance Management, etc
• Answer enquiries from staff on HR issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with ESF/school HR policies and practices
• Support Administration and Faculty departments

General Requirements:

• High Diploma/Degree Holder in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent
• Solid understanding of Hong Kong employment law (and related regulations)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google worksheets and other Microsoft applications
• Strong numeracy skills and basic accounting knowledge
