WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work in a two-technician-per-bay express environment -- supporting flat-rate technicians to maintain efficient vehicle throughput and consistent service quality
- Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and top-offs, tire pressure adjustments, and basic scheduled maintenance services
- Complete thorough multi-point inspections -- identifying maintenance needs and potential safety concerns and communicating findings accurately to service advisors
- Follow Toyota maintenance procedures, dealership processes, and safety standards on every vehicle
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with fellow technicians, service advisors, and shop leadership to keep the lane moving
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior express service or automotive maintenance experience preferred -- candidates with mechanical aptitude, dependability, and a genuine interest in building a technician career are encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
- Basic automotive mechanical knowledge and familiarity with common hand tools
- Reliable and punctual -- the two-technician-per-bay model depends on consistent staffing and dependable attendance
- Detail-oriented -- proper torque procedures, accurate fluid levels, and complete inspection documentation are non-negotiable
- Team-first attitude -- you work alongside experienced flat-rate technicians and the shop runs better when everyone pulls in the same direction
- Willingness to complete Toyota manufacturer training and follow dealership safety policies
