About the Role

Our Subaru Express Service team is looking for a friendly, reliable, customer‑focused Express Service Representative This entry‑level position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, providing warm and welcoming interactions, and keeping a positive atmosphere in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—greeting them with a smile, listening to their concerns, and ensuring they feel valued throughout their service experience. No advanced technical knowledge is required; we’ll provide all the training you need. What matters most is your excellent attitude, teamwork, and commitment to showing up every day ready to help our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional greetings to every customer upon arrival.
  • Listen closely to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood.
  • Maintain clear, friendly communication with customers about wait times and service updates.
  • Create a positive and comfortable customer experience from drop‑off to pick‑up.
  • Assist with simple check‑in and check‑out steps using basic computer systems.
  • Support the flow of the Express Service lane by coordinating with team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.
  • Uphold Subaru’s high standards of hospitality and customer care.

Compensation

Estimated Annual Earnings: $35,000–$47,000
Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
