We’re looking for an Express Service Advisor who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that the little things matter—a warm greeting, clear communication, a clean workspace, and doing what you said you would do.

Automotive experience is helpful, but not required. We can teach the automotive side. We’re looking for the right attitude, strong work ethic, positive energy, and a genuine desire to take care of customers.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with when they arrive for routine maintenance. Your job is to make the process easy, efficient, and enjoyable from start to finish.

• Welcome customers promptly and professionally

• Listen to their needs and clearly explain recommended services

• Coordinate oil changes, tire rotations, filters, bulbs, and other routine maintenance

• Keep customers informed and vehicles moving efficiently

• Work closely with technicians and teammates to deliver an excellent experience

• Maintain a clean, organized, professional work environment

• Look for ways to turn a routine visit into an exceptional customer experience

• Comfortable using computers and learning CDK

• Someone who believes “that’s not my job” isn’t part of great customer service

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, sales, automotive, or other customer-facing roles can translate extremely well into this position.

Additional requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; satisfactory employment references; ability to pass a background check; must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule & Career Opportunity

This is a 5-day work week that includes Saturdays
