Ready to get your foot in the door with a growing import dealership? Suburban Mazda of Farmington Hills is looking for motivated Lube Technicians to join our fast‑paced Service team. This is a great opportunity for those interested in building a long‑term career in automotive service with clear advancement opportunities.
Import experience preferred | Mazda a plus
9 main shop bays handling ~450 ROs/month, plus a dedicated quick‑lube area
Supportive, team‑first culture with training and mentorship
Clear career path from Lube Tech to Service Technician
Tools, resources, and leadership support to help you grow
Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced shop setting
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Minimum age: 18
High school diploma or GED required
Conduct multi‑point vehicle inspections
Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Document services performed clearly and correctly
Communicate maintenance recommendations to Service Advisors
Support Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed
Paid training and development
Long‑term growth potential into Service Technician roles
Proven performers have the opportunity to advance quickly based on skill and performance
High school graduate or equivalent; must be 18 years or older.
