Lithia Toyota of Redding is seeking a motivated Express Lube Advisor who is passionate about customer service and automotive care. This role is a key part of our service team, ensuring customers receive a best-in-class service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Identify, confirm, and help resolve customer concerns
  • Act as the main point of communication between customers and technicians
  • Ensure technicians clearly understand customer needs
  • Clearly explain needed and recommended services or repairs to customers
  • Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to type efficiently to enter repair orders
  • Basic computer skills and cost calculation knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $60,000.00 to $84,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
