Pay Rate: $18 per hour + depending on experience

The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
Responsibilities:
Welcome clients when they arrive to our Collision Center.
Determine the nature of the client’s visit.
Inform the Estimator of the client’s arrival.
Order Parts
Write PO's and invoices.
Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person.
Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.
Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.
Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers.
Qualifications:
Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
Basic computer & cost calculation skills.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
