As an Express Lube Advisor, you will be the frontline contact for our service department, ensuring that every customer's experience is seamless, from greeting to completion of service. Your role will involve:
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and conducting initial vehicle check-ins.
Clearly communicating service requirements and timelines to customers.
Advising customers on necessary and recommended services.
Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our values and culture.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in an automotive service role is preferred but not required.
