If you are a seasoned automotive professional with a talent for leadership, process implementation, and driving factory-level success, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As the Regional Field Manager, you are responsible for the management, motivation, and professional development of your consulting team. You will serve as the primary bridge between dealership personnel, upper management, and Stellantis corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and manage a team of Field Consultants. This includes managing schedules, approving expense reports, and handling HR-related disciplinary actions.
  • Program Growth: Implement and drive Stellantis program changes, ensuring all dealerships meet factory guidelines and Express Lane standards.
  • In-Dealership Training: Provide hands-on coaching and counseling to dealership personnel to elevate Customer Experience (CX) levels and operational efficiency.
  • Performance Analytics: Measure success using reporting systems to hit benchmarks in Sales, Profit, CX, Tires/Parts, MVP, and MSER.
  • Action Planning: Generate and execute detailed action plans, reviewing progress regularly with upper management and Program Directors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate training for large groups and present program value to dealership ownership to secure further program growth.

Position Requirements

We are looking for a leader with deep roots in automotive service operations and a proven track record of independence.

  • Experience: 10+ years with an Express Service Program (OEM Dealer or Retail environment) or equivalent.
  • Background: Previous experience as a Service Manager, Service Director, or Parts & Service Director.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of dealership operations and automotive processes.
    • Technical proficiency in car and truck maintenance/repair is preferred.
    • Professional-level communication and documentation skills.
    • Fluency in English (Bilingual French/Spanish is a plus).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required).
  • Travel: This role requires high mobility ( up to 95% travel) to perform on-site duties and market meetings.

Requirements

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Autonomy: Ability to make educated, independent decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance (business casual) and high standards of personal hygiene at all times.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to fill in for consultant duties when necessary and adapt to additional duties as the program evolves.
  • Reporting: Maintain rigorous documentation of consultant activity, store visits, and dealership progression.
