The Role:

As a Store Associate, you will help create a welcoming shopping experience by understanding customer needs, sharing product knowledge, and representing the UNIQLO brand with pride. This is a great opportunity to build valuable retail skills and grow your career in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.

• Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.

• Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.

• Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.

• Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.

• Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.

• The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.

Eligibility:

Only candidates with full working rights and no restrictions on working hours in Australia are eligible to apply for this position.

Working Hours:

This role requires flexibility to work a range of shifts, including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays. As some shifts may start early or finish late, reliable transportation to and from the store is essential. As opportunities may arise across this area, you should be able to travel to the stores listed above as required.

Your roster will be scheduled based on your availability and the operational needs of the store.
