Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of food from the kitchen to guests, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Act as a communication link between the kitchen and front-of-house, relaying order details and special requests.
- Inspect plates before they leave the kitchen, ensuring they meet Max Burger’s standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized service station.
- Support the team during busy shifts by helping with table resets, running food, and keeping service flow smooth.
- Help create an efficient and positive dining experience for every guest.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Experience in casual or upscale-casual restaurants is preferred.
- At least 1 year in full-service restaurant, with focus on Kitchen, Line, Expo, Food running.
- Previous front-of-house as well as back-of-house experience is also preferred, particularly in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask during peak service.
- Attention to detail to ensure food is served accurately and attractively.
- Effective communicator able to relay information clearly between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Composed and efficient in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.
- Dependable and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and guest-first mindset.
- Able to stand for extended periods and carry food trays as needed.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of service and food presentation.
