Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary

Main Duties:

• Prepare required sea/air shipping docs, invoices, orders, and customs files
• Coordinate with departments and shipping agencies prior to order release
• Align internal teams to ensure timely, compliant export document preparation
• Handle customer communications to resolve issues and address order requirements
• Process invoices and maintain accurate transaction, database, and system records

What skills do you need?

• Diploma or Advanced Level standard of education required
• Excellent English & Italian skills; additional European languages are an asset
• Export and shipping documentation experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Well-organized and proactive team player

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
