Job Description

  • Memastikan kelangsungan proses eksportasi dan importasi (exim) untuk kelangsungan bisnis

    Dexagroup antara lain bahan baku, mesin dan spare part produksi, bahan kemas, finished good, alat

    kesehatan dan lain-lain, serta memastikan terpenuhinya spesifikasi kualitas, kuantitas, dan waktu yang

    disyaratkan dengan harga yang kompetitif.
  • Memastikan proses ekspor impor berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku di negara yang

    bersangkutan.
  1. Membuat rekap besaran cost saving
  2. Menganalisa apabila ada barang reject atas shipment yang diproses yaitu dengan melakukan pencatatan jumlah rejected goods/material dan juga time response for reject handling
  3. Melakukan proses customs clearance dan juga pengeluaran barang dalam waktu sesingkat mungkin
  4. Melakukan pengecekan dan memperhitungkan lamanya proses pengajuan perijinan impor atas barang yang akan diimpor, sebagai contoh pengajuan perijinan: SKI BPOM dari instansi pemerintah terkait
  5. Melakukan pencatatan secara berkala, yaitu per minggu untuk mendapatkan rekam data importasi setiap bulannya
  6. Mengikuti training yang diadakan setiap bulannya di corporate sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk menunjang kinerja di perusahaan

  2. Experience 1 tahun, Admin/ Staff/ Officer, Ekspor-Impor
  3. Bahasa Indonesia & Bahasa Inggris
  4. Placement : HO Titan Center, Bintaro Jaya, Tangsel
  5. License : Sertifikat PPJK
