Your Role:

We are looking for an Export Specialist to support global export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations while enabling on-time delivery to customers around the world.

Our Team:

You will collaborate with global customers, logistics providers, brokers, supply chain teams, and manufacturing operations to ensure successful execution of export activities.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate global export shipments and documentation
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company requirements
• Prepare shipping instructions, export invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation
• Work with freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics providers
• Monitor export compliance risks and facilitate issue resolution
• Support country-of-origin and trade program requirements
• Maintain export records and support audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in export processes

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in Export Operations or International Logistics
• Conversational English
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation
• SAP or ERP experience

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience supporting global customers
• Knowledge of USMCA/T-MEC and international trade programs
• Experience within the automotive electronics manufacturing industry.
