Founded in Germany in 1871, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has a worldwide network with 489 branches in 173 countries and more than 19,500 employees. We are looking for a "Road Freight Export Specialist’ to be evaluated at its İSTANBUL / VADİSTANBUL location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accepting customer reservations and making loading planning in the most efficient and profitable way,
• To provide timely accurate information flow to the customer and / or group offices,
• Data entry of shipping documents into the system,
• Assisting the freight requests from the Sales & Marketing department,
• To follow the operation process from the vehicle exit to its arrival and to provide complete information flow.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• At least 2years of experience in the International Transport / Logistics industry,
• Especially experienced in Overseas Operations and Road Transport,
• Experienced in customer relations
• Professional knowledge of English
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Good at analytical thinking, willing to research and learn, teamwork oriented,
• Having regular reporting habits and giving importance to documentation,
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, result and solution-oriented,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Residing in Istanbul, preferably on the European Side,
• No restriction for domestic and international travel
