Acquire new export clients through active outreach, including cold and warm calling.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with international B2B customers.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and client needs.
Present products via phone, online meetings, and email; prepare quotations and sales contracts.
Manage leads and customer data in the CRM (Bitrix) and ensure high-quality communication.
Participate in exhibitions, B2B meetings, and business trips to represent KRONUS.
At least 2 years of B2B international sales experience.
Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is required. Any additional language is considered a great advantage.*
Experience working in CRM system and good knowledge in MS Office.
Strong negotiation skills with a willingness to make cold calls.
Sales-driven mindset with proactive initiative, excellent communication, and proven relationship-building skills.
Analytical thinker with resilience, adaptability to dynamic markets, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
