A leading multinational organization in the construction and industrial materials sector: Export Sales Representative (East Mediterranean, Middle-East & Africa)
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and business growth within the assigned export territory
- Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and specify the company’s solutions directly on-site to clients and partners
- Negotiate sales agreements and commercial terms for assigned accounts
- Ensure profitability and sustainable growth across all customer accounts
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Marketing teams to support deliveries and promotional activities
- Develop profitable sales growth across the region and improve the sales mix in line with company objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and follow up on sales leads
- Build strong relationships with architects, engineering firms, contractors, and distributors
- Achieve monthly and annual sales budgets and performance targets
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company across the full product portfolio, including waterproofing, flooring, protection, and repair solutions
- Travel within the assigned territories to support business development and customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on business development or sales experience, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
- Experience in the construction industry or building materials sector is considered an advantage
- Previous experience working within multinational organizations
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of French or Modern Standard Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Economics, or a related field; Business Administration is a plus
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of product life cycles and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
