Job Description

A leading multinational organization in the construction and industrial materials sector: Export Sales Representative (East Mediterranean, Middle-East & Africa)

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and business growth within the assigned export territory
  • Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities
  • Promote and specify the company’s solutions directly on-site to clients and partners
  • Negotiate sales agreements and commercial terms for assigned accounts
  • Ensure profitability and sustainable growth across all customer accounts
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Marketing teams to support deliveries and promotional activities
  • Develop profitable sales growth across the region and improve the sales mix in line with company objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities and follow up on sales leads
  • Build strong relationships with architects, engineering firms, contractors, and distributors
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales budgets and performance targets
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company across the full product portfolio, including waterproofing, flooring, protection, and repair solutions
  • Travel within the assigned territories to support business development and customer relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on business development or sales experience, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
  • Experience in the construction industry or building materials sector is considered an advantage
  • Previous experience working within multinational organizations
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of French or Modern Standard Arabic is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Economics, or a related field; Business Administration is a plus
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of product life cycles and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
  • Flexible, adaptable, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
