Essential duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase revenue and market share across Caribbean markets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, key customers, and strategic partners throughout the region.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to ensure achievement of sales goals and professional growth.
• Establish sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the regional team and monitor progress toward objectives.
• Provide field support and guidance to the sales team through regular market visits and customer engagement.
• Identify new market opportunities and support expansion of product distribution across Caribbean territories.
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and operations teams to support commercial initiatives and ensure product availability.
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer needs to inform business strategy and sales planning.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, export sales, or regional sales management.
• Proven experience managing distributor networks and multi-market territories, preferably within Caribbean markets.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Caribbean territories.
• Background in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably meat or protein products.
• Experience working with international distributors and export regulations.
• Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus.
