אחראי לתיאום וניהול פעילות הייצוא של החברה, מתכנון האספקה ועד המשלוח הסופי ללקוח. התפקיד כולל שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם מחלקות פנימיות, לקוחות, מובילי מטענים וסוכני מכס. האחריות כוללת ניטור מלאי לקוחות, הכנה ובחינה של תיעוד יצוא, תיאום משלוחים ומתן תמיכה תפעולית שוטפת לפונקציית הייצוא והלוגיסטיקה הבינלאומית.
ניהול משלוחים: תיאום מלא של משלוחי יבוא/יצוא (ים, אוויר ושילוח מהיר), הזמנת הובלות, השוואת הצעות מחיר ומעקב סטטוס עד הגעה ליעד.
תיעוד ורגולציה: הכנה ובדיקה קפדנית של מסמכי יצוא (חשבוניות, רשימות אריזה, תעודות מקור, B/L ועוד) בהתאם לדרישות הלקוח והרגולציה.
תכנון אספקה: תיאום הזמנות לקוחות מול מלאי קיים, ניהול הזמנות פתוחות ותיאום לוחות זמנים מול הייצור והמחסן.
עבודה מול ממשקים: עבודה צמודה עם צוותי פנים (ייצור, PPC, מחסן, איכות וכספים) וגורמי חוץ (סוכני מכס, חברות שילוח ולקוחות בינלאומיים).
בקרה ודיווח: עדכון שוטף של מערכות המידע (Priority), הפקת דוחות וניהול שוטף של אירועים חריגים בתהליך הלוגיסטי.
