Atlantic Records UK is home to some of the most iconic UK artists and household names, including Charli XCX, Fred again.., Barry Can't Swim, Nemzzz, BL3SS, Nathan Dawe, and Maisie Peters.


This consultancy role will sit within our recently established Import/Export Department, which oversees both sides of Global Marketing. Our new direction is built around a high-quality roster of culture-leading artists, backed by best-in-class A&R, marketing, and digital expertise. We are extremely ambitious in this area and are looking for a top-tier consultant to help scale our global footprint.


Your role:
Atlantic Records UK is seeking an experienced, high-impact Pop/Dance Export Specialist to join the team on a consultancy basis. In this role, you will be embedded within the domestic label, acting as a crucial bridge between artist management and affiliate labels globally. Your primary mission is to architect and execute cohesive, groundbreaking campaigns that include cross-border marketing activations, promotion, and global strategy.


We need a dynamic, digitally-savvy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep, authentic passion for music and culture. You will be responsible for strategically planning and executing marketing campaigns for international artists in the UK, successfully positioning global talent for maximum impact, driving audience engagement, and contributing to overall revenue growth.


Here you’ll get to:


As a Consultant, you will lead and execute the following workstreams:


Portfolio Management: Oversee a dedicated roster of artists within the Pop/Dance space, driving growth in partnership with Atlantic UK.


Campaign Setup: Proactively and creatively support domestic and local marketing teams to achieve the best possible set-up scenarios for priority releases, ensuring delivery of high-value content to global partners. Maximising and managing global marketing plans, promotional results, streaming strategies, and sales.


Budget Oversight Manage marketing spend against budgets and targets previously approved by the Head of Department.


Cross-Border Collaboration Work closely with US counterparts, international labels, artists, and internal teams to build integrated campaigns that amplify international releases.

Timeline Coordination: Manage and coordinate complex physical and digital releases (including physical stock, release timings, and DSP delivery).


Audience Building: Work alongside digital managers and artist management to build communities, grow databases, and drive viral marketing campaigns.


Data-Driven Insights: Partner with Atlantic UK data analysts to track, analyze, and report on promotional and local marketing activity to senior leadership and artist management.


About you:

  • Strong connection with all genres of music and the culture surrounding them, musical trends and a passion for music marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital, social and streaming trends.
  • Dynamic and outcome oriented, with a keen eye for detail and ability to deliver on ideas and objectives.
  • Strong data proficiency and ability to interpret data to make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • A hardworking and innovative thinker whose able to multitask across multiple projects and work under pressure within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to work on multiple projects.


We’d love it if you also had:

  • Prior Export experience at a frontline major label, independent label, or within an international territory, bringing valuable global market knowledge to the team.
