MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new international markets (Specially Libya) and assess their potential for construction chemicals. Analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
Export Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive export strategy with the Commercial Manager to achieve sales and growth targets. Identify key export markets and create market-entry plans.
Distributors Management: Build and maintain relationships with distributors and partners in target markets. Provide them with necessary support, training, and resources to promote Mapei products effectively.
Sales and Business Development: Drive sales activities by identifying and pursuing business opportunities. Develop pricing strategies with Commercial Manager and negotiate contracts with international clients.
Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products to international customers while optimizing costs.
Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with international customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on export sales, market trends, and performance to the Management.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Education:
BSc in Civil or Architecture or Chemical Engineering
Working Experience:
5-10 years of experience in a similar position
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Marketing management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Negotiation, Results Driven, Marketing Planning, Managing Profitability
IT skills:
