Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Export Manager to join our client's dynamic FMCG business, preferably within the food industry. This role is responsible for leading export and import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, identifying global market opportunities, and driving business growth through effective export strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and implement export and import strategies to expand international market presence, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets.

• 
  Identify and evaluate global market opportunities, customer requirements, and sourcing prospects through market research and competitive analysis.

• 
  Manage end-to-end export and import operations, ensuring timely shipments and compliance with customs regulations, tariff classifications, Incoterms, FDA requirements, and international trade laws.

• 
  Prepare and execute marketing and business plans for imported products intended for the domestic market and company products for export, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.

• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, suppliers, logistics partners, and government agencies to support business expansion.

• 
  Plan, organize, and represent the company in local and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business missions to promote products, strengthen brand presence, and generate new business opportunities.

• 
  Lead, coach, and develop the export team by providing performance management, guidance, and continuous capability development to ensure operational excellence.

• 
  Monitor export and import performance, prepare business reports and forecasts, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant course.

• 
  At least 10 years of experience in export and import operations in a FMCG environment preferably Food.

• 
  Knowledge of customs regulations, tariff classifications, incoterms, FDA regulations and international trade laws

• 
  Working knowledge of global market trends and dynamics including potential sourcing

• 
  Has the capability to come up with a Marketing and Business Plan, both for products that are going to be imported to be sold domestically as well as company products to be exported in collaboration with the involve Sales and Marketing Partners

• 
  Has track record in setting up Trade Exhibits in both domestic and international setting professionally representing and showcase Prifood Products

  Above average in People Handling Skills​
