Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment requirements with customers and agents
• Arrange booking and follow up Shipping Order (SO) & vessel schedule
• Monitor container loading (CBM, heavy, loading photos)
• Coordinate export customs declaration & required documents
• Maintain operational & expense ledger using Excel
• Verify export-related costs and follow up payments
• Ensure smooth handover of shipment information to overseas team

Requirements

Must Have

• 1–3 years experience in export logistics / freight forwarding / trade operations
• Understand booking, container stuffing & export customs clearance process
• Able to coordinate with forwarders, warehouses & customs brokers
• Good Excel skills (comfortable maintaining operational ledger)
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and strong execution mindset

Preferred

• Experience in factory export or freight forwarding company
• Used to handling multiple shipments simultaneously
• Process- and data-oriented
