About the Client

Our client is a US-based logistics provider specializing in international freight forwarding, with strong operations across the Middle East and GCC regions. They are known for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused export solutions across both air and ocean freight.

What You’ll Do

• Shipment Execution & Coordination
  • Manage full export lifecycle from booking to final arrival
  • Coordinate with steamship lines (SSL) for container/RORO bookings and airlines for air freight
  • Secure space and negotiate spot rates to ensure competitive pricing
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare export documents: MAWB/HAWB, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO
  • Handle AES/EEI filings and generate ITNs
  • Manage vehicle export requirements, including title validation with US CBP
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations where applicable
• Client & Vendor Coordination
  • Act as main point of contact, providing real-time updates and support
  • Coordinate with overseas agents (e.g., Dubai/Jebel Ali hubs) for smooth clearance
  • Review and validate vendor invoices before final billing

What You Need

• 3–5 years experience in export freight forwarding (air & ocean)
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, FMC regulations, and TSA Known Shipper requirements
• Experience handling vehicle exports and hazardous declarations (batteries/fuel)
• Proficiency in TMS (GoFreight preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Amenable to working night shift (US EST)
