People Perfect is hiring an Export Development Manager for a leading FMCG organization based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international business growth, expanding export markets, managing key distribution partners, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role requires strong commercial acumen, client relationship management, and proven experience in export business development.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Identify and develop new international business opportunities and export markets.
• 
  Build and manage strong relationships with overseas distributors and key accounts.
• 
  Develop market entry strategies and expand the company's international presence.
• 
  Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and commercial policies.
• 
  Manage the complete customer lifecycle for international clients.
• 
  Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify emerging business opportunities.
• 
  Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• 
  Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and export performance updates.
• 
  Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and business meetings when required.
• 
  Drive revenue growth by achieving export sales targets.

Qualification & Experience:

• Master's degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of overall professional experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Export Sales/International Business Development.
• 
  Must have experience managing distribution partners in the USA and Canada
• 
  Strong understanding of international trade practices, export documentation, and commercial negotiations.
