We are looking for a Export Control Specialist to join our team.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Sales, R&D, Product, Marketing, and Operations, and serving as a key point of contact between Cognyte and relevant regulatory authorities, including the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
• Supporting and advancing the company’s global export control and trade compliance activities.
• Contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal compliance processes, workflows and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements, best practices and business needs.
• Taking part in multidisciplinary projects, professional discussions, and cross-company initiatives within a dynamic, fast-evolving business and regulatory environment

Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

• Highly proactive and adaptable, with a proven ability to take initiative, quickly learn, and independently manage end-to-end processes while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy, responsibility, and organizational skills, combined with strong business and commercial awareness.
• Strong ownership mindset and motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Law student with availability to work full time - an advantage
• Experience in a similar role within a technology company
• Technological orientation and curiosity; prior exposure to technology-driven environments is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to regulatory compliance or export control is an advantage.
