Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of
personal care, healthcare, and home care products

across Africa and they are seeking to hire an experienced
Export /B2B Sales Manager

who will drive the development and growth of their local and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding export sales, managing relationships with internal customers and ensuring smooth export operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sustainable local/export markets by identifying new opportunities and building strong international distribution channels.
• Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with international customers, distributors, and key retail partners.
• Develop and implement export sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company in international markets through distributor visits, trade fairs, and business meetings.
• Oversee the end-to-end export process, including order management, export documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure timely payment confirmation, order processing, and delivery of export shipments.
• Support senior management in export budget planning, sales forecasting, and performance reporting while monitoring key export KPIs.

• Export and B2B account sales revenue and profitability
• Market expansion and customer acquisition
• Product availability across export markets
• Customer satisfaction and service levels
• Timely order fulfilment and delivery performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in export sales or international market development, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and global logistics processes.
• Proven ability to develop international markets and manage distributor relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing B2B accounts both local and international distributors.
