Job Description
Job Summary: Genesis Hospitality is seeking for experienced and team-oriented candidates for this high-volume restaurant, The Lambertville Station Inn. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.
Essential Functions:
▪ Takes the place of having no chef in the kitchen
▪ Front expediter making sure all orders are called to the cooks
▪ Finishing all plates
▪ Finishing and packaging all takeout orders
▪ Getting desserts together for the servers.
▪ Cleaning and organizing the kitchen expeditor area.
▪ Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by manager.
