Job Description

Our EXPO team members are the pulse of our restaurant and are responsible for the quality and timeliness of each item we serve to our guests. The Expo must have a broad knowledge of our food quality, presentation and accuracy expectations while maintaining efficiency and superb communication with the kitchen and front of house team members. An attention to detail and commitment to serving our absolute best, no matter what, are key to success in this role. THE BASICS

· Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values

· Understanding of our menu items and quality expectations

· Help run food during down times

· Work with an attention to detail, accuracy & efficiency

· Provide exceptional hospitality

· Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant

· Perform additional opening/ closing/ mid shift responsibilities, as needed, to keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and looking? beautiful.

PRE-REQs

· 18 years of age or older

· Available to work late nights

· Passion for food and people

· Awesome, Energetic Attitude and personality

· Be willing to take direction and work both independently and with a team

· Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend

· Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily, or as needed

· Willingness to learn and develop

· Reliable Transportation to and from work

· Able to tolerate potential food allergens
