Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the pass, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes from the kitchen to the guests.
• Inspect and garnish dishes before they leave the kitchen, maintaining our presentation standards.
• Coordinate communication between the kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory of garnishes and plating supplies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to understand menu items and ensure quality control.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an Expo or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience through meticulous presentation and timing.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
