Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Exploration Geologist with positive energy and strong technical capability to help generate and assess high-quality targets across our WA and NT project portfolio. Based in South Perth with regular field time, you’ll contribute across drilling, core logging and geological interpretation to help identify future resources that support the clean energy transition. This role will suit someone autonomous, flexible and comfortable working in remote camps.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate exploration & drilling programs; align activities with exploration plans and ensure work is costed, justified, and approved.
  • Oversee drill program quality; manage site preparation, maintain JORC-compliant sampling, and uphold QA standards.
  • Log and interpret core; complete accurate logging and interpret geology to support robust geological models.
  • Report and communicate; liaise with drilling contractors and provide accurate daily reports and quality data.
  • Champion safety; identify hazards, support audits and inspections, and comply with all safety requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement; identify efficiencies, improve processes, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

What You’ll Bring

We are ideally seeking candidates who meet most of the following;

  • BSc (Hons.) in Geology. Post-graduate qualifications will be considered favourably;
  • Previous experience in remote exploration environments;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of base and precious metal mineral systems, with background in copper and lithium advantageous;
  • Experience in GIS and 3D software packages (Micromine) beneficial;
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders;
  • Safety focused with the drive to be part of a successful team and willingness to support company values;
  • Valid ‘C’ class manual drivers’ licence;
  • A recent National Police Clearance (within 2 months).
