Job Description

As an Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and researching trends, market developments, customer needs, and emerging technologies that could shape the future of banking.
Translating research findings and insights into exploration themes, concepts, and opportunities.
Developing and driving innovation explorations from initial idea through concept development, prototyping, validation, and learning.
Exploring how new technologies, including AI, can create value and solve problems in ways that were previously not possible or practical.
Working closely with business units, product teams, data specialists, and technology teams to evaluate feasibility, value, and implementation opportunities.
Communicating insights, opportunities, and recommendations in a clear and compelling way to stakeholders across the organization.

What we expect?

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in product innovation, product development, service design, concept development, or a similar field.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and identify meaningful insights.
Experience driving projects involving multiple stakeholders across business and technology domains.
Ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Curiosity about how technology, customer behavior, financial services, and business models are evolving.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex ideas simple and understandable.
A proactive mindset and the drive to turn opportunities into action.
University degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in Estonian and English.
