Vos missions :
Organisation des plannings des conducteurs
Production des documents de transport
Optimisation des moyens en place
Information proactive des expéditeurs et destinataires
SAV et préparation des dossiers litiges avec le service dédié
VOTRE PROFIL NOUS INTERESSE
Compétences techniques
Au moins 3/5 ans d’expérience sur un poste d’exploitant transport ou de responsable camionnage
Connaissances des normes réglementaires
Maîtrise des outils informatiques
Langues : Anglais et/ou Allemand souhaité
Compétences interpersonnelles
Aisance relationnelle
Capacité d'animation d'équipe
Rigueur et réactivité
