Ziel dieser neugeschaffenen Stelle ist es, den Bereich Sehen am Landenhof strategisch und fachlich auszubauen sowie nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.
Im Zentrum der Aufgabe steht zunächst die Planung und Umsetzung der Zielgruppenerweiterung Sehen Plus sowie Blindheit an der Tagessonderschule Sehen. Darauf aufbauend umfasst die Stelle die Weiterentwicklung und Stärkung des Fachbereiches Sehens sowie die Förderung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Sehen: Tagessonderschule, Visiopädagogischer Dienst und Aargauer Sehhilfe
- Konzeption und Ausbau der fachlichen Expertise im Bereich Sehbehinderung und Blindheit
- Förderung der bereichsübergreifenden Kooperation, Fachstellen und Hochschulen in der Schweiz
- Organisation und Durchführung von Weiterbildungsangeboten für Fachpersonen, Teams und Mitarbeitende am Landenhof
Ihr Profil
- Master in Heil- und Sonderpädagogik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Weiterbildung als Rehabilitationsexpertin/ -experte für Menschen mit einer Sehbehinderung und Blindheit Fachrichtung Low Vision, Orientierung + Mobilität, Lebenspraktische Fähigkeiten oder äquivalenter Abschluss
- Erfahrung und/oder Weiterbildung in Projektmanagement
- Systemische Grundhaltung und hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Hohe Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit, offene Kommunikation

The Department of Health and Social Affairs deals with different tasks in the areas of health and social matters, consumer protection, the military and civil protection.
The Department of Civil Engineering, Transport and Environment sees to the creation of the major framework conditions for a good quality of life and a strong economic environment in the Canton of Aargau. Its staff deals with questions of spatial planning, energy, transport infrastructures and environmental concerns
State Chancellery
The State Chancellery supports the Aargau Government Council in terms of strategy, operational and legal affairs and communication. The focus of its activities lies in the optimization of the scope of activities of the Government Council.
